Wonderfully patient and supportive
Gary gave me some refresher lessons following my brain tumour I haven’t driven for 2 and a half years so had lost my confidence Gary was wonderfully patient and supportive and I have learnt so much, he was very perceptive as to what my problem areas were he dealt with me kindly and professionally I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary as a wonderful instructor. He will give you knowledge and confidence. I truly believe you are in ‘safe hands’ with Gary thank you!

Gary is absolutely fantastic at what he does
I have known Gary a long time so was a no brainer when choosing a driving instructor. He was 100% the reason I passed had all the time in the world for and question and query and really took time to listen to what I was trying to say and come up with the perfect sander that helped me understand everything I needed to go into my test with full confidence. Gary is absolutely fantastic at what he does and I could not recommend him enough to anyone who is looking for a driving instructor.

I couldn't recommend Gary enough. If you've had lessons before or if you've never sat in the driving seat. The way Gary teaches you isn't just to be test ready. He leaves you with skills and knowledge that you can continue working on once passed. I miss our Thursday morning drives. But, now I'm a fully qualified licence holder, I hope to see you on the road Gary. All the best to you.

Gary was a great driving instructor. Helped talor every lesson to whatever I felt like I needed to improve the most and done so in a fun, enjoyable manner. Managed to pass my test first time due to his excellent teaching skills and would recommend his service to anyone looking to learn to drive!

Passed first time
Our son initially started to learn to drive with a different instructor and lost all enthusiasm for driving. After finding Gary, he started lessons with our son and we could see the enjoyment back again. He put in for his test when ready, no delaying by Gary at all (which you can find with some instructors) and passed first time, with only a couple of minors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary.

Brilliant driving instructor
Brilliant driving instructor. He was always calm and gave good instruction. Gary always picked me up on time and always provided accurate communication. He's really easy to get on with and really has a good insight into what it's like to be a young learner. I think I passed first time with only one minor because Gary teaches you how to drive safely in lots of situations and not just how to pass the test.

Great Teacher
Always makes you feel comfortable and always goes at a pace that you are comfortable with. Very easy to get along with and is always encouraging. Really accommodating when needing to change lesson times and when booking tests. Overall just a genuinely lovely guy and a great teacher. I would not have wanted to learn from anyone else.

Passed in 2 Months
Gary did what I thought was unthinkable and got me from zero to passed in less than 2 months !
He helped me feel extremely comfortable behind the wheel, and was great with every explanation. Getting me test ready so quickly was just incredible. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to get on the road !!
Couldn't have done it without him
I passed my driving test first time with Gary as my instructor and I really couldn't have done it without him, I highly recommend !! Gary took the time to understand how I learn as an individual and tailored the process to that, with lots of helpful discussions, experiments and variation. There was an emphasis on preparation for safe and confident driving beyond just passing the test and out in the real world ! In regard to the COVID-19 situation, Gary takes all safety precautions in cleaning the car and mask wearing so you will feel safe and comfortable to focus on the driving !
